The Space:
Built For The Whole Crew
The John Brannon House is designed for the high-energy reality of family and friends finally being in one place. We’ve prioritized a flow that keeps the crew connected.
The Chef’s Kitchen
This isn't a "rental kitchen" with one dull knife and a cracked spatula. It is a professional workspace designed by a chef to turn the chore of feeding a dozen people into the best part of the day.
The Ritual: It starts with the smell of fresh-ground coffee and the quiet creak of a rocking chair on the porch while the mist still hangs over the ridge.
The Tools: A razor-sharp Miyabi Chef Knife, a Butcher Block Work Table, and an Induction Stove that keeps up with the pace of a hungry crew.
The Collection: A curated library of Chef’s Cookbooks for when the local ingredients inspire you.
The Result: A space where you don't just "make dinner"—you build a feast, with a Cocktail Ice Fridge keeping the drinks as crisp as the mountain air.
Rest Without Compromise
We’ve eliminated the hierarchy of "good" and "bad" rooms. Everyone in your group gets a real retreat.
The Sanctuary: Two King Suites for the adults who need a true escape. One features a premium pull-out for the kid who isn't quite ready to leave the "big" room.
The Connection: A Queen Room positioned perfectly as the "anchor" for the Kids’ Wing, keeping the parents close to the laughter (and the late-night whispers) of the four-twin basecamp.
The Result: Every guest wakes up recharged, on a real mattress, ready for an adventure.
The Basement Escape
When the energy upstairs reaches its peak, the kids have a world of their own downstairs. This isn't just a basement; it’s a high-energy territory designed to keep them occupied for hours.
The Arena: A full-sized Air Hockey table and a Retro Pacman Arcade provide the soundtrack for the trip’s inevitable tournaments.
The Cinema: A deep sectional couch paired with a TV creates the perfect "second living room" for movie marathons or gaming sessions.
The Result: It’s an "escape hatch" for the kids, giving them their own sanctuary while the adults enjoy their time together.
Frictionless Living
Three Full Bathrooms mean the group moves from "bed" to "trail" without the gridlock. Rainwater Showers turn the morning routine into a luxury.
No dusty Parcheesi or Missing Monopoly Pieces. The Game Vault—packed with the Exploding Kittens library—ensures the night ends with high-speed laughter rather than a three-hour rulebook debate.
Full Laundry facilities, because the best adventures are often messy.
THE 8-ACRE KINGDOM
The house is just the starting point. The real magic happens where the porch ends and the woods begin.
The Observation Deck: Our wrap-around porch is the soul of the house. It’s the official headquarters for the first cup of coffee and the last glass of wine.
The Firepit Ritual: Surrounded by Adirondack chairs, this is where s'mores are elevated to an art form.
The Relaxation Loop: Between the hammock tucked in the pines, the chair-lift swing, and the private on-property trails, there is always a place to disappear for twenty minutes.
The Creek Baptism: Whether you’re using the outdoor shower (complete with a beer shelf) or taking the plunge in the creek, it’s the ultimate way to feel the spirit of the Adirondacks.
