THE ART ON THE WALLS

The art in this house isn't here to be precious; it’s here because it has a story. It’s a mix of family history, local textures, and a few pieces that explore what digital art can be.

The Heart: E.P. Mulaire

My grandfather, E.P. Mulaire, is the reason I love art. He was a prolific artist who never sold a single piece—he created simply because he had to. His work isn't in museums; it’s beloved and privately held in the homes of our family. Having his work here is what makes this house feel like home.

Generative Textures: William Mapan

In the main space, you’ll find a print of "Premises" by William Mapan. William is one of the leading names in generative art. He uses code to create pieces that look surprisingly organic, almost like they were painted with physical brushes and ink rather than rendered by an algorithm.

The Adirondack Fingerprint: Linton Art

To bring the outside in, we’ve hung a signature Adirondack Tree Ring Print from Linton Art. This woodcut is a direct ink impression of a local cypress trunk. Every ring tells a story of a specific year on the ridge—droughts, freezes, and long North Country summers.

The AI Experiment: Gideon Drouin

Gideon Drouin is my personal AI art project. It’s a deep dive into what happens when you mix human storytelling with machine learning. Gideon is a fictional character I built from my own life stories and imagination, and the AI used those "seeds" to generate both his history and his art.

Digital Horizons: Cable & Clouds

Created by disruptedstar, "Cable & Clouds" is one of my favorite digital pieces. It’s a simple, striking look at how our modern tech lives sit right alongside the wild, changing sky—exactly like life here at the house.
