Throughout my 16 years in professional kitchens, I have honed my ability to turn an idea into a memorable experience. Whether it’s building an award-winning restaurant from the ground up, catering a wedding with the utmost attention to detail, or creating a pop-up dining experience in an unexpected location, I approach each project with creativity, dedication, and a deep understanding of what makes a dining experience truly special. I’ve had the privilege of cooking for presidents, movie stars, and countless couples on the most important day of their lives, and each of these experiences has reinforced my belief in the power of food to create moments of joy and connection.

My journey in the culinary world has been one of continuous growth and learning. I’ve navigated the challenges of running a business, leading teams, and adapting to the ever-changing landscape of the industry. And even when the world was turned upside down by the COVID-19 pandemic, I found new ways to use my skills to support my community and make a difference. The project I founded, "Million Gallons," provided over 70,000 meals to those in need, a testament to the idea that food has the power to heal and bring people together, even in the most challenging times.
